Originally developed on behalf of USAID and international food assistance agencies (USDA, WFP, UNICEF, MSF), our Excel-based Statistical Process Control and Process Capability tool, Pearl SPC, allows users to seamlessly develop their testing and inspection data into control charts and performance metrics.
Pearl SPC offers control charts for continuous data (I-MR, Xbar-R, Xbar-S), discrete/counting data (P, NP, C, U), rare events (G, T) and quality standard analysis (Levey-Jennings). In addition, our software calculates process capability histograms, capability indices and metrics (Cp, Cpk, Cpm, Pp, Ppk), additional performance data (% yield, PPM defective, etc). Our software additionally contains a sample size calculator and additional calculators for ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling.
As an Excel-based platform, Pearl SPC can be encrypted and therefore complies with common Quality regulatory standards (ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, etc). Our software seamlessly functions on PCs and Macs and requires no subscription. Pearl SPC can additionally be connected to a wide variety of servers (e.g. SQL) to provide real-time data analysis.
